e-Change® currently offers the
4 support modules outlined below.

- engaging myself and others in the change quickly
- Roll-out - securing
maximum commitment for major change.
With each module, you get two levels of support. If
youre short of time, you can choose to use the
Minute Manager
(level 1) to access key information quickly, for instance
as an initial reference point before a meeting. It will
take 60 minutes to work through the Interactive Process
(level 2) to get access to further information relevant
to the situation, assessments, and to explore implications
for action planning.
Note that the Minute Manager is designed to be used
as a quick initial reference or summary. To get the
most from each module, you should also work through
the Interactive Process.
